Released One supports defined questions and selected actions with explicit confirmation. The roadmap moves towards constrained model interpretation, multi-turn context and wider actions. Production generative AI is currently disabled.
Capturing enquiry context, preparing a follow-up, coordinating a booking journey or supporting customer access are illustrative development opportunities to discuss. They are not a released agent catalogue, guaranteed scope or promised launch schedule.
Establish the information needed, who may access it and which decisions need review. Existing One confirmation checks do not prove every future agent control is already implemented. No autonomous production agent runs from this website.
