Who handles your information?

Veyron Digital is responsible for enquiries submitted here. Contact dene@veyrondigital.co.uk about your information or this notice.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number and requirements to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and discuss services. We process enquiries to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in responding and securing the service. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in unrelated marketing.

How the form works

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiries in a dedicated marketing database. Resend processes notification emails to our configured business inbox. Enquiries are kept separately from CRM customer records. Service providers also process limited technical and security information; IP-based rate limiting helps protect the form.

Do not include passwords, credentials or sensitive customer information. We do not sell enquiry details.

Retention

Stored marketing enquiries are removed after up to 24 months from submission. Business correspondence may be retained longer where required to provide requested services, maintain required records or address a dispute. Temporary confirmation cookies expire after 30 minutes.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable, and object to or restrict relevant uses. Contact us using the email above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Measurement

No optional analytics or advertising trackers are active on this marketing website. Enquiry fields are not sent to analytics. See our cookies and storage notice.
